How To Earn

• Earn Royal Credits by achieving and completing Recognition Programs and Incentives as well as various ancillary behaviors.
• Check out the updated Recognition Programs Guide to see all opportunities to earn Royal Credits. You can also see on each Back Office page for Recognition Programs to see details on how to earn and how many Royal Credits are earned.

How To Redeem

• Redeem your Royal Credits by:

1. adding SeneGence product to your cart and then applying Royal Credits from the Checkout page > Payment section.
2. redeeming from the Royal Rewards Catalog which is a new collection page under the Distributor Only Products category. (Shop All > Distributor Only Products > Royal Rewards Catalog)

Where to View Your Royal Credits

• Utilize your Royal Credit Ledger in the Back Office to see the activity of all of your Royal Credits.
• You can also find your Royal Credits Current Balance and a link to your Ledger on the Open Balances Widget on your Dashboard page.
• There are two types of balances available for you - Current Balance (adjusts only after an order is placed using Royal Credits) and Available Balance (reflects any redemption items in your cart - shows you what you have available to play with).

Royal Credits Expiration

• Royal Credits will expire at the end of the following Seminar Year from the time credits are earned.

SeneBucks Phasing Out

• Royal Credits will replace SeneBucks as part of the SeneGence Royal Rewards Program.
• Any available SeneBucks will be transitioned to Royal Credits and will honor the original expiration date. Please see your Royal Credits Ledger to understand when they will expire.

Terms & Conditions

• Royal Credits cannot be used to cover Tax or Shipping on an order.
• Royal Credits cannot be used to cover the annual Distributorship renewal.
• Royal Credits cannot be transferred to another Distributor.
• When redeeming Royal Credits for SeneGence product, the credits will apply to the cost of product after Distributor Discount is applied. There will be a PV adjustment to align with the cost of product after Royal Credits are applied.
• For Recognition Programs that have different Jewel Levels and Tiers, Royal Credits will be issued at the end of the qualification period for the highest level reached.
