"My nails were in such bad shape I was not sure they would ever come back. But this product works! Be patient and focus on applying according to directions—the bottom of the nail at the cuticle. And just keep filing off the damage end of the nail as it grows. It takes a month at least depending on how fast your nails grow. And I recommend no polish while you are going through the process. I apply 3-4 X a week- no need to remove anything just apply as the new nail is growing."
