Area Leaders

About This Program

During the Seminar Year, SeneGence evaluates the leadership and productivity of Distributors within each country that SeneGence operates in.

Area Leaders play an important role by offering training, support, and encouragement to aid in developing SeneGence Distributors! If you'd like to become an Area Leader, please complete the form below.

Requirements

To be considered, Distributors must do the following by 15 March:

• be a current SeneGence Distributor for at least 6 months and be in good standing with no outstanding Compliance matters throughout the duration of the program qualification period.
• reach Current Rank Maiden
• have 10 Active 1st Line Distributors (Active = 100 PV in one month)
• must be ManaGence signed
• must be registered for in-person at the Seminar 2027 event
• complete the Area Leader Form

Current Area Leaders must re-apply each year and must do the following:

• host one Training per quarter
• maintain a group on Facebook for their area

Rewards

Terms & Conditions

• Area Leaders can be called upon to help organize and facilitate Distributor trainings.
• All applications that satisfy the requirements above will be considered. Current Area leaders must reapply every year to maintain their titles. However, an Area Leader may be removed if criteria are not maintained.
• All Area Leader Forms must be submitted by 11:59 PM PT (SeneTime) on March 15th. Applications submitted after the deadline will be considered for the following Seminar Year.
• SeneGence reserves the right to deny or revoke Area Leader achievement status at any time.
• Active 1st Line Distributor refers to a Distributor on your first line who has earned a minimum of 100 PV in at least one calendar month during the Seminar Year.
• Applicants must be registered for in-person Seminar by the application deadline.
