Pour ¼ cup (about 2oz) of Dead Sea Salt Bath Soak under running warm water for a bath soak. Use 3-4 tbsp (about 1.5oz) for a foot soak.

For a Full-Body Soak: Add a generous amount of Dead Sea Salt Bath Soak to warm running water in your bathtub. Soak for 20-30 minutes to fully experience the therapeutic benefits.

For a Foot or Nail Soak: Dissolve a handful of Dead Sea Salt Bath Soak in a basin of warm water and soak your feet or hands for 15-20 minutes
